This former hostel building has been fully refurbished and extended to create new graduate accommodation on four floors in the form of cluster flats with bedrooms, en-suite shower rooms and shared kitchens. The roof extension at fourth floor level provides three self-contained flats served by a new separate staircase and the basement has been extended to provide a cinema, gym and a new conservatory style communal area.
