Refurbishment and side return extension
This terraced house near Clapham Common was refurbished and a side return extension constructed to provide a more spacious kitchen and dining area. A fully glazed roof and a set of bi-folding doors provide ample daylight. A new kitchen was installed with an island unit housing the sink and dishwasher and a new lighting system was fitted. The utility room was re-planned to accommodate a wc, washing machine and dryer.
