Refurbishment to create new graduate accommodation.
The scheme consists of the refurbishment and extension of this former hostel to create new graduate accommodation. It included an eight-storey extension at the rear, a roof extension, a first floor and a two-storey extension on the southern side. There is a mix of accommodation including studio bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms kitchens and bedrooms and bedrooms with en-suite facilities arranged in clusters with the use of shared kitchens. A separate freestanding two storey building was also designed on the site with 12 studio bedrooms.
